When any SMS application is used within an organization
one of the requirement is integrating various kinds of applications
being used in that organization with the SMS application. |

These applications may or may not be within the
same network. To cover both the possibilities Ryatech Enterprise
Server provides integration via |

- Protocol support
- Direct Access to the databases

Ryatech Enterprise SMS Server make use of the
protocol for those applications that not in the same network
where Ryatech Enterprise Server is located then. The protocols
supported are |

- XML over Tcp-ip
- XML over http
- http

When the application to be connected and the
Ryatech Enterprise Server are located within the same network
then a direct connection is established with the database. Databases
could be connected using |

The integration with any application is provided
a separate workspace. This workspace contains |
|

- Rules Engine – For the integration that defines
when and how Ryatech Enterprise Server should pick and process
the data received.
- Core Engine – This provides the core features like
user profiling, logs of messages being sent and sending
messages without using any other application.
